I started The Taste You Can See in July 2021 when I realized a need for a hospitality service to provide meals directly to central Ohio, where I currently reside. When I recognized the opportunity to build a new kind of culinary experience, I couldn’t resist the challenge. More than that, I decided that Ohioans needed a little je ne sais quoi that only a chef who had worked with world-renowned Chefs could provide.
And so, I did what all great entrepreneurs do– I rolled up my sleeves and got to work.
I have had the desire to create a hospitality service that stood out from everyone else, offering dishes that are simple and decadent without adding stress to the lives of our clients. With a lot of trial and error, I brought my vision to life and The Taste You Can See is a meal service that offers a bold and fresh take on the hospitality service industry.
We’re more than a standard meal preparation service–our job doesn’t end when your food arrives. We take it a step further, teaching you how to cook quality meals that are packed with nutrients and lots of flavor. In addition to weekly meal delivery, we also cater small events and social gatherings, host cooking classes, and offer meal plan subscriptions.

My Food Journey
The sound of onions being sauteed in a pan and savory soups being finished with fresh ingredients. The smell of fresh herbs, right out of the garden. Premium cheeses being placed on your charcuterie board in total perfection. A micro ingredient to garnish and topping off tasty entrees. The satisfying look on a guest’s face after taking that first bite. A relaxing atmosphere, paired with the clinking of silverware and light chatter. And a swirl of a full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. These are a few of my favorite things.
Now, picture that five-star restaurant experience–right in the comfort of your home. Can you picture it? A beautiful Filet searing in a pan? Can you smell the sweat of shallot and garlic sizzling in a pan? Can you smell the tangy aroma of fresh herbs wafting throughout your kitchen? Can you hear the simmer of a full-bodied wine hitting the pan to deglaze? Congratulations–now you have experienced my vision for The Taste You Can See.
Long story short, I’m passionate about bringing people together over delicious eye-capturing ingredients. The ability to create a dish that is nutritious, while adding extra flavor to my clients’ lives is what drives me forward. I’m always working on innovative ways to design desirable dishes.
My journey in the food industry began as a hostess, before working my way up to serving. I attended The Ohio State University in pursuit of a business degree and found that my passion was food and all that food stands for- healing and joy. After attending The Ohio State University for a few years, I decided to attend culinary school in Columbus, Ohio, where I had immeasurable success as an upcoming talent in the culinary world.
Once I graduated, I began my professional career in Columbus before venturing across the country to places like Las Vegas and Scottsdale, working under world-renowned Chefs. The talent left me feeling small. I have worked within and amongst fine culinary establishments such as hotels, restaurants, locally-owned shops, country clubs, and much more. Due to my passion for food, I have immersed myself into this industry. Through these experiences, I’ve created long-lasting connections with chefs, producers, butchers, vendors, farmers, and other affiliates of the hospitality industry. With The Taste You Can See, I’m proud to partner with local small businesses to bring a five-star dining experience– right to your table.

From Wild Caught Salmon to Hawaiian Snapper to oysters from the east or west coast, I love seafood. I simply cannot get enough of prawns, whether we prepare a simple cocktail or a heavenly tour of flavors brought right to your plate. I’d love to teach you how!

Individual cupcakes are one of my favorite ways to do dessert. I love incorporating savory flavors or sweet expectations to the cupcake.
