I found Chef Brittney during my search for a personal chef for a small, intimate wedding weekend for my good friends. She provided 3 meals over 3 days including a rehearsal dinner on Friday evening, a wedding dinner on Saturday evening, and a farewell brunch on Sunday morning. Chef Brittney executed all 3 perfectly: the brides and the entire wedding party were extremely pleased with the results...Brittney’s chicken breasts were so moist and flavorful, and she has a knack of putting together great tasting salads full of hearty ingredients that could serve as meals all on their own. She laid out the most amazing charcuterie board I have had the pleasure of digging into. The main event consisted of a wonderful, moist Chilean sea bass that was melt-in-your-mouth pleasing...Columbus is very lucky to have her!
